　　1，觀查恒溫恒濕試驗箱外殼油池的油面，和加油泵中的潤滑脂是否小于標尺線，如低時應立即加滿;

　　2，用手感受查驗外殼曲軸箱十字滑軌處，吸排氣管伐蓋等處溫度是否一切正常;

　　3，注意各個氣壓表，空壓機儲氣罐及冷卻塔上的氣壓表和潤滑脂氣壓表的標示值是不是在要求的范圍之內;

　　4，經常檢查恒溫恒濕試驗箱電動機內有沒有臟物乃至導電性物塊，磁圈是不是被毀壞，電機定子、電機轉子有無磨擦;

　　5，檢查潤滑脂供貨狀況，健身運動組織的進氣系統供油中斷，很可能會導致事故的發生狀況;汽缸、填充料能用單邊伐作加點油查驗，能夠查驗加油泵向汽缸中滴油狀況;

　　6，檢查恒溫恒濕試驗箱制冷壓縮機是否震動、底腳螺絲有沒有松脫和掉下來狀況;

　　7，檢查壓力調節器或負載控制器,安全性伐等是不是靈巧。
